Yiannis Mavraganis studied software engineering at Technical University of Crete. He has worked, for more than 15 years, as developer and software architect in banking, telecom and online gaming sectors. He is a certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, PSM I Scrum.org), Mgm 3.0 facilitator and APMG certified Agile Practitioner. During the last years he acts as software development coach, helping companies to improve using agile principles and practices, like Scrum.
